Haley chose to work in Applied Behavior Analysis to support individuals who are often misunderstood and to help improve quality of life through compassionate, intentional care. She believes that all behavior serves a purpose, and that her role is to create a safe, positive environment while building meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
What she values most about this work is helping individuals feel liberated from harmful patterns and supporting long-term growth. She is especially motivated by the opportunity to work with clients over time and witness meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
To support her own wellness, Haley practices guided meditation daily and enjoys running, hiking, and reading to maintain mental clarity. She is also beginning to incorporate journaling into her daily rituals as a way to reflect and track long-term progress. Outside of work, she finds balance through social connection, travel, and spending time camping and exploring new places, which helps her reset and return to her work feeling grounded and energized.
A fun fact about Haley is that her cat, Leo—her 27-pound copilot—travels almost everywhere with her (except work!) She loves spending time outdoors and is inspired by the mantra from John Steinbeck: “Now that you don’t have to be perfect, you can be good.”
Haley is available to support clients starting March 2026.
