Esthela joined the field of Applied Behavior Analysis with a desire to do meaningful work that improves quality of life for individuals and families. She brings over eight years of experience working with children of all ages through her role with the school district. During that time, she supported families as a Spanish translator and interpreter, collaborating closely with special education teams and other specialists.
Esthela’s approach is grounded in compassion, empathy, and respect. She believes that treating each individual with dignity and ensuring they feel heard and understood can make a powerful difference. What she values most about this work is being part of a supportive community and having the opportunity to make a genuine, lasting impact while continuing to explore the potential of this field.
To support her own wellness, Esthela makes time for daily prayer and reading, enjoys cooking nourishing meals, and spends meaningful time with friends and family. Outside of work, she finds balance through afternoon walks on local paths, scenic drives, and planning road trips with loved ones.
In her free time, Esthela enjoys watercolor painting, knitting, and other creative arts and crafts.
