Micah joined the TREEZ team with a strong passion for helping others grow and succeed. He has long been interested in working in a field where he can make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families, and he is excited to bring that passion to his role as a clinician.
Micah values connection, encouragement, and helping individuals build confidence through supportive, skill-based care. His approach is rooted in teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, while creating a positive environment where clients feel understood and motivated to progress. He brings strengths in leadership, active listening, time management, and remaining calm under pressure.
Currently pursuing pre-med studies, Micah is also a middle school soccer coach, where he enjoys mentoring youth and helping them develop discipline, teamwork, and resilience. Outside of work, he enjoys playing video games, working out, and staying active. His energy, leadership, and dedication help make sessions engaging, structured, and encouraging for the clients he supports.

Micah is available to support clients in Pagosa Springs, Durango, Bayfield and Ignacio.
