In my practice as a behavioral analyst, I work with diverse populations, in various settings, including inpatient facilities, out-patient clinics, schools, in-home, clinic-based and private practice.
Anything a living person can do is behavior. The way we sleep is behavior, the way we follow daily routine is behavior  and they way we respond to stressors is behavior.
Inclusivity and authenticity are at the forefront of my approach to support and empower clients to reach their goals. I extend my services beyond those with mental health diagnoses or individuals in active health crises because we understand that everyone can benefit from support.  We serve anyone in pursuit of well-being, personal growth, and self-discovery during transitional phases of their lives. Our commitment to the mind-body connection and overall well-being is unwavering.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), my role is to empower people by helping them overcome barriers and fears, providing meaningful and impactful support as they work towards their goals. Our approach is holistic, inclusive, and dedicated to fostering personal transformation and life-enriching experiences.

I offer the following Behavior Analytic services at this time:
On-site Consultation: For new or established clients who wish to have a consultation or for ongoing supervision and training for home programs either designed by myself or another consultant/provider.
Family Training: Family training will work to train parents, caregivers, or other significant people in the client’s life.  The family trainer will provide training on the program, model and train specific procedures, and give guidance to maintenance. As the people who spend the most time with client, it is important that you feel hopeful and confident in your role. Together we make that a reality.
Staff Training: Staff Training for teachers, paraprofessionals, and other supplemental support providers is provided based on individual or group needs.  Large and small group trainings are also available.
Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA):  This assessment provides answers to the most critical question “Why are they doing that?” A functional behavior assessment relies on a variety of research methods such as direct observation, data collection, document review, and interviews to gather information on why a child engages in the behavior they do.  All behavior, regardless of what it looks like, has a function.  Once a behavior analyst determines the function they can then develop a plan to treat the behavior.
