Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, flexibility, or experience level. That being said, many students miss out on their yoga practice because of a roadblock that has absolutely nothing to do with the physical - there just aren’t enough hours in the day for one. more. thing!
In the busy day that is full of responsibilities, this class is an intentional reminder that you can take the time to fit in what you need. It can be a gentle stretch, a reminder to breath or a way to bring focus when you need. This class is designed to be accessible and effective in supporting you with your day. Based on your needs you can access guided meditation experiences or movement opportunites.
Reimagine your practice, or start yoga for the first time, without worrying that there “isn’t enough time” for a class. In this class pranayama (breathing) exercises, guided meditations and yoga postures will be introduced.

These classes are offered at 30-minute and 60-minute durations in person or remotely. Sessions can be one-on-one or you can practice with community.
